- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream, plus extra for topping
- 12 mini graham cracker cups or 12 small cups
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well combined.
- In each mini graham cracker cup, layer a spoonful of the pudding mixture, followed by a layer of mixed berries. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Garnish each trifle with a few extra berries and a mint leaf if desired.
- Chill the trifles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, use chocolate pudding mix instead of vanilla.
- Substitute the graham cracker cups with crushed cookies or cake for a different texture.
