Description
Crab Rangoon Wonton Nachos are a delicious fusion of crispy wonton chips topped with a creamy crab mixture and melted cheese, drizzled with sweet chili sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup lump crab meat, drained and flaked
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 package (12 ounces) wonton wrappers
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, lump crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Cut each wonton wrapper into quarters to create triangles. Arrange the triangles in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake the wonton triangles in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the baked wonton triangles from the oven and spread the crab mixture evenly over the top of each triangle.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the crab mixture on each wonton.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Drizzle sweet chili sauce over the nachos and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a few dashes of hot sauce to the crab mixture.
- You can substitute the lump crab meat with imitation crab or cooked shrimp for a different seafood flavor.
