A refreshing and creamy drink made with orange juice, milk, and sugar, perfect for a hot day.
Ingredients

- 2 cups orange juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought)
- 1 cup milk (whole or 2%)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the orange juice, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using).
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the ice is crushed and the mixture is frothy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more sugar.
- Pour the Orange Julius into tall glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker texture, add an extra half cup of ice.
- Try adding a banana for a creamy twist and additional flavor.
