- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Using a whisk or electric mixer, blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more maple syrup.
- Transfer the pudding into individual serving bowls or a large dish.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow it to thicken.
- Serve chilled, and enjoy!
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the mixture before blending.
- Top with sliced bananas or crushed nuts for added texture and flavor.
