- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cleaned mushrooms, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Toss until the mushrooms are evenly coated.
- Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
- While the mushrooms are baking, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Once the mushrooms are done, remove them from the oven and drizzle the soy sauce mixture over them. Toss gently to coat.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
