Crispy Parmesan Cauliflower Bites are Simply Irresistible!
Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian seasoned)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the egg mixture and toss until well coated.
- In another bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Take each cauliflower floret from the egg mixture and coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Place the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the tops of the cauliflower bites with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil for extra crispiness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture.
- For a gluten-free version, substitute regular breadcrumbs with gluten-free breadcrumbs or crushed pork rinds.
