Crispy Pasta Chips are a delicious and easy snack made from cooked pasta, seasoned and baked until golden and crunchy.

- 8 ounces of uncooked pasta (any shape, such as rotini or penne)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the pasta in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta chips during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
- Experiment with different seasonings like smoked paprika or ranch seasoning.
- Serve with your favorite dip, such as marinara or hummus.
