Instructions
- Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, eggs, diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour half of the mixture into the preheated waffle maker, spreading it evenly. Close the lid and cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the chaffle is golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully remove the chaffle and repeat with the remaining mixture.
