Description

Oreo Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls are irresistible delights that combine the classic flavors of cinnamon rolls with the beloved taste of Oreos.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10 cookies)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla icing (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and lay it flat on a clean surface, pressing the seams together to form a rectangle.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle half of the crushed Oreo cookies on top. If using, add half of the chocolate chips.
  5. Starting from one end, roll the dough tightly into a log shape. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 with the second can of crescent roll dough, using the remaining cream cheese mixture, crushed Oreos, and chocolate chips.
  7. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Pour this mixture evenly over the rolls in the baking dish.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Remove from the oven and drizzle with vanilla icing before serving.

Notes

  • For a more indulgent treat, add a layer of mini marshmallows along with the Oreos before rolling.
  • Substitute the cream cheese filling with Nutella for a chocolatey twist.
