Oreo Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls are irresistible delights that combine the classic flavors of cinnamon rolls with the beloved taste of Oreos.

- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10 cookies)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup vanilla icing (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and lay it flat on a clean surface, pressing the seams together to form a rectangle.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle half of the crushed Oreo cookies on top. If using, add half of the chocolate chips.
- Starting from one end, roll the dough tightly into a log shape. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place them in the prepared baking dish.
- Repeat steps 3-5 with the second can of crescent roll dough, using the remaining cream cheese mixture, crushed Oreos, and chocolate chips.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Pour this mixture evenly over the rolls in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with vanilla icing before serving.
Notes
- For a more indulgent treat, add a layer of mini marshmallows along with the Oreos before rolling.
- Substitute the cream cheese filling with Nutella for a chocolatey twist.
