- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Arrange the peach slices and mozzarella slices on a large serving platter, alternating them for a beautiful presentation.
- Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the peach and mozzarella slices.
- Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to enhance the flavors.
