Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crust in the dish.
- Layer half of the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries over the cheesecake layer.
- Spread the remaining cheesecake mixture over the berries, then top with the remaining berries.
- Cover the trifle with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For added flavor, consider mixing in a tablespoon of lemon juice or zest into the cheesecake mixture.
- You can substitute the berries with other fruits like peaches or mangoes for a different twist.
