  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl, ensuring they are fully coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade.
