- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, flour, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and green onions.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, baking powder, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the corn mixture and stir until well combined.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving with sour cream and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.
