Description

A refreshing and fruity cocktail made with strawberries, mango, and sparkling wine, perfect for brunch or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh mango, diced
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) chilled sparkling wine or champagne
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, diced mango, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the fruit puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove any pulp.
  3. Add the orange juice to the fruit puree in the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
  4. To serve, fill each champagne flute halfway with the fruit mixture.
  5. Top off each flute with the chilled sparkling wine or champagne.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, substitute sparkling water for the champagne.
  • Experiment with different fruits like peaches or raspberries for a unique twist on the classic mimosa.
