- 1 cup fresh mango, diced
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 bottle (750 ml) chilled sparkling wine or champagne
- 1 cup orange juice
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, diced mango, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth.
- Strain the fruit puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove any pulp.
- Add the orange juice to the fruit puree in the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
- To serve, fill each champagne flute halfway with the fruit mixture.
- Top off each flute with the chilled sparkling wine or champagne.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute sparkling water for the champagne.
- Experiment with different fruits like peaches or raspberries for a unique twist on the classic mimosa.
