  1. Start by slicing the beef flank steak against the grain into ½-inch strips.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef strips for about 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the beef in the skillet, stir to coat, and let bubble for about 3 minutes.
  5. Remove skillet from heat, sprinkle green onions over the beef teriyaki.
