  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup banana slices
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 8 wooden skewers
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Start by preparing the fruit. Wash and cut the strawberries, pineapple, and bananas into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Take a wooden skewer and thread the fruit pieces onto it, alternating between strawberries, pineapple, banana, and blueberries. Repeat until all fruit is used.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Arrange the fruit kabobs on a serving platter and serve with the maple fruit dip on the side.
  5. For best flavor, chill the kabobs in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
