In another bowl, pour the buttermilk.
In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
Dip each shrimp first into the flour mixture, then into the buttermilk, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs. Place the coated shrimp on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the shrimp in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
