Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce leaves for serving
  • Cooked rice for serving

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, black pepper, and sugar. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes and cucumber to the skillet, stirring gently to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
  4. Serve the beef mixture over a bed of lettuce leaves with a side of cooked rice.
