  • 2 cups brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 cup milk whole, skim, or your choice
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce plus extra for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup sugar adjust to taste
  • 2 cups ice
  • Whipped cream for topping

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, milk, caramel sauce, sugar, and ice.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar or caramel if desired.
  4. Pour the frappe into tall glasses and top with whipped cream.
  5. Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the whipped cream for an extra treat.
