Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate chips together until smooth and glossy.
  3. Stir in the granulated sugar and eggs until fully combined, then add the all-purpose flour.
  4. Spread half of the brownie batter evenly into the lined baking pan.
  5. Beat the cream cheese until creamy, then mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  6. Drop dollops of the cheesecake filling over the brownie layer and gently spread it.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake filling.
  8. Gently swirl through the brownie batter and cheesecake filling.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
  10. Let cool on a wire rack for about 15-20 minutes, then transfer to a cutting board and slice.
