Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
In another bowl, mix the melted butter, cooled coffee, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Allow the traybake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
