Preparation Steps
- Brew a shot of espresso or a strong cup of coffee, using double the usual coffee grounds if brewed.
- In a medium saucepan, mix together oat milk, brown sugar, pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring regularly until it steams (5-7 minutes), but do not boil.
- Froth the heat mixture using a milk frother or a whisk until light and airy (2-3 minutes).
- Pour brewed coffee or espresso into a mug and spoon the frothed oat milk mixture on top.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the frothy latte and serve immediately.
