Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup crab meat drained and flaked
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 package 8 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the crab mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Sprinkle a little shredded cheddar cheese on top of the crab mixture.
  5. Roll the dough from the wide end to the point, sealing the edges as you go.
  6. Place the rolled crescent bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving. These bites are best enjoyed warm.
