Step-by-Step Instructions for Crab Crescent Bites
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in cooked crab meat, chopped green onions, Old Bay seasoning, and shredded cheese, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a flat surface and separate it into 8 triangular pieces.
  4. At the wide end of each triangle, scoop a tablespoon of the filling and roll the dough towards the tip, sealing the filling inside.
  5. Place the assembled bites on the prepared baking sheet with space between each one.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for 3-5 minutes. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley or paprika, then serve warm.
