  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup sesame dressing store-bought or homemade
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed salad greens, red cabbage, carrots, celery, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, and green onions.
  2. Drizzle the sesame dressing over the salad mixture.
  3. Toss gently until all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
