- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté sliced onion and green pepper with chopped garlic until onions are translucent, about 3–5 minutes.
- Add chopped garlic to the skillet, cooking for an additional minute. Transfer the vegetable mixture to a bowl.
- Combine sautéed vegetables with shredded roast beef, cream cheese, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix well and fold in provolone cheese, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 20–30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
