Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté sliced onion and green pepper with chopped garlic until onions are translucent, about 3–5 minutes.
  2. Add chopped garlic to the skillet, cooking for an additional minute. Transfer the vegetable mixture to a bowl.
  3. Combine sautéed vegetables with shredded roast beef, cream cheese, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix well and fold in provolone cheese, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 20–30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
