Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise to expose the meat. Gently pull the meat out and place it on top of the shell, keeping it attached at the base.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Stir in the lemon juice, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat and mix in the heavy cream.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
