- Wash and core the apples, then slice into 1/2 inch wedges. Lay on a paper towel to absorb excess moisture.
- Combine 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Coat each apple wedge in flour, then egg, and finally the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Arrange apple wedges in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove apple fries and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
