  • 2 large Eggs Beaten.
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs Can substitute with regular breadcrumbs.
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon For coating.
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar For coating.
  • cooking spray Cooking Spray For spraying.
For Dipping (Optional)
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce For serving.
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt For serving.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and core the apples, then slice into 1/2 inch wedges. Lay on a paper towel to absorb excess moisture.
  2. Combine 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a small bowl.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Coat each apple wedge in flour, then egg, and finally the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  6. Arrange apple wedges in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove apple fries and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
