  • 2 cups potato gnocchi store-bought
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato gnocchi, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the gnocchi are evenly coated.
  3. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl and toss again to ensure the cheese adheres to the gnocchi.
  4. Place the coated gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  5. Cook the gnocchi in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The gnocchi should be golden brown and crispy.
  6. Once cooked, remove the gnocchi from the air fryer and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
