Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. This will help the wings get crispy.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss until the wings are evenly coated with the spices.
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
While the wings are baking, prepare the garlic Parmesan sauce. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese.
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and immediately toss them in the garlic Parmesan sauce until well coated.
If desired, return the coated wings to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to allow the sauce to set and become crispy.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
