Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the pasta in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta chips during the last 5 minutes of baking.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
