Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces of uncooked pasta any shape, such as rotini or penne
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the pasta in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
  6. If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta chips during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
