Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and peel two ripe peaches, then slice them into even wedges.
  2. Spread a generous layer of ricotta cheese on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  3. Layer the peach slices evenly on one slice of bread, then drizzle honey over them. On the other slice, add shredded white cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread a thin layer of butter on the outer sides of both slices of bread.
  5. Preheat a skillet or panini press over medium-low heat and grill the sandwich for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Flip the sandwich and continue grilling for another 3-4 minutes until both sides are golden and the cheese is melted.
