Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by finely chopping the salami, pepperoni, Kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes. Set aside in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and fresh parsley. Blend until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped salami, pepperoni, olives, roasted red peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir carefully.
  4. Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on the countertop. Spoon the mixture into the center and shape it into a log.
  5. Wrap the log tightly in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  6. Once chilled, unwrap the log and roll it in chopped nuts or parsley. Slice into rounds and serve.
