Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, but not browned.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest, mixing well.
  6. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
