Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and milk together.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently for about 1 minute.
Roll the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, then top with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Cut the dough into strips about 1 inch wide, then twist each strip several times.
Place the twisted strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
