Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for the waffle maker

Method
 

  1. Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. Lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, eggs, diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into the preheated waffle maker, spreading it evenly. Close the lid and cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the chaffle is golden brown and crispy.
  4. Carefully remove the chaffle and repeat with the remaining mixture.
  5. Serve warm, and enjoy your chaffles plain or with your favorite dipping sauce.
