Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides and place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the honey glaze generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
For an extra caramelized finish, broil the salmon for an additional 1-2 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
