- In a blender, combine 2 cups of vanilla ice cream, 1 cup of milk, ½ cup of pumpkin puree, and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Blend on medium speed for about 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Take four chilled glasses and add a tablespoon of crushed graham crackers to the bottom of each.
- Carefully pour the blended milkshake into each glass, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Top each milkshake generously with whipped cream, and sprinkle additional crushed graham crackers and a dash of pumpkin pie spice on top.
