- Begin by inspecting your ripe medium avocados; they should yield gently to pressure. Slice each avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Cut the 4 ounces of feta cheese into small cubes. Seed and dice the 3 Roma tomatoes. Chop the red onion and any additional vegetables.
