  • 1/2 cup Butter unsalted, brown it
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar sifted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract pure
  • 2 tablespoons Milk adjust for consistency

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 15x10-inch jelly roll pan.
  2. Combine sugar, sour cream, softened butter, and eggs in a mixing bowl; blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Fold in mashed bananas and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until smooth and fully combined.
  5. If using, gently fold in chopped walnuts or chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased jelly roll pan, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Prepare the brown butter frosting by melting butter in a saucepan until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat and whisk in powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth and creamy.
  10. Spread frosting evenly over the warm brownies.
