  • 3 pounds beef roast can substitute with pork shoulder or turkey breast
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce or mix 1 cup applesauce with ½ cup dried cranberries

  • 1 packet onion soup mix ensure it’s well mixed with cranberry sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter can substitute with olive oil or coconut oil
For Garnish
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries sprinkle around the roast

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Place the beef roast into the center of a slow cooker.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the cranberry sauce and onion soup mix until smooth. Pour over the roast.
  3. Cut the butter into small pieces and scatter on top of the roast. Sprinkle fresh cranberries around the roast.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook for 6-8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
  5. Once cooked, remove the roast, shred it, and mix it with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley for an extra touch.
