Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pitcher, pour in 4 cups of cold water and add 4 green tea bags or 2 tablespoons of loose leaf tea. Toss in a handful of fresh mint leaves and stir gently to blend.
  2. Slice 2 ripe kiwis thinly and add them to the pitcher. Consider muddling some kiwi slices to enhance flavor.
  3. If desired, incorporate honey or sweetener, stirring well to dissolve, and adjust sweetness according to preference.
  4. Cover and refrigerate to infuse for 6-8 hours or preferably overnight.
  5. After infusion, strain the mixture and pour into glasses filled with ice cubes.
