Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the peaches, slice them in half, and remove the pits. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C). Grill peaches cut-side down for 3-5 minutes until caramelized.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Combine grilled peaches, candied pecans, and chopped onions in a serving bowl. Crumble feta on top and stir gently to combine.
