- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in marinara sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, sour cream, and 1 cup of mozzarella until creamy.
- Layer half of the cooked ziti in the baking dish, spread cheese mixture over it, and then add remaining ziti on top.
- Pour meat sauce over the top layer of pasta, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
