  • 1 loaf Vanilla or Pound Cake Pre-baked or store-bought
Creamy Layer
  • 1 cup Vanilla Custard or Pudding Substitute with instant pudding mix if desired
  • 2 cups Whipped Cream Extra for topping recommended
Fruit Layer
  • 2 cups Mixed Berries (Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries) Mix as preferred
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce Optional
Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pistachios Or walnuts/almonds as alternatives
  • 2 tablespoons Red and Green Sprinkles For decoration
  • 1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves Optional

Method
 

Preparation and Layering
  1. Cut the vanilla or pound cake into 1-inch cubes and arrange on a plate.
  2. Start layering in mini trifle glasses with a layer of cake cubes.
  3. Add a layer of vanilla custard or pudding over the cake cubes, filling each glass halfway.
  4. Top with mixed berries, adding cranberry sauce if desired.
  5. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top for a fluffy cap.
  6. Repeat the layering process until glasses are filled, finishing with whipped cream.
  7. Garnish with chopped pistachios, sprinkles, and mint leaves.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
