- In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and sugar until smooth.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pans, add the cream cheese swirl, then top with the remaining batter.
