  • ¾ cup Cocoa Powder Dutch process
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cup Milk Chocolate Chips
For the Monster Cookie Layer
  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Quick Oats
  • ¼ cup Peanut Butter can swap with sunflower seed butter
  • ½ cup Mini M&M's
  • ½ cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Monster Cookie Dough by combining flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in one bowl. In another bowl, beat butter and sugars until fluffy, then mix in peanut butter, vanilla, and eggs. Gradually add dry mixture, oats, M&M's, and chocolate chips. Chill for 40 minutes.
  2. Make the Brownie Batter by preheating the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and line a 9x9-inch baking pan. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt in a bowl. Beat together sugar and eggs until light and fluffy, then mix in melted butter, oil, and vanilla. Fold in dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
  3. Layer and Bake by spreading brownie batter in the pan and baking for 15 minutes. Flatten chilled cookie dough and layer over brownies. Bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until set and golden brown.
