- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

- Return the chorizo to the pan, adding lemon zest and fresh basil. Stir well to combine.
- Tear fresh mozzarella into chunks and sprinkle over the mixture. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
