Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe peaches sliced
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Arrange the peach slices and mozzarella slices on a large serving platter, alternating them for a beautiful presentation.
  2. Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the peach and mozzarella slices.
  3. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to enhance the flavors.
