- Start by breaking your high-quality white chocolate into small pieces and placing them in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the chocolate in the microwave at 50% power in 30-second increments, stirring until completely melted.
- Once your chocolate is melted, take a graham cracker and dip it into the warm chocolate, using a fork to ensure it’s fully submerged. Allow excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
- While the chocolate is still wet, quickly sprinkle crushed peppermint candies over the top of the coated graham cracker.
- Place the chocolate-dipped and peppermint-topped graham crackers on a parchment-lined tray. Allow them to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
